Since Presentation Night to end the 2015-16 season, a few things have been happening in and around the Club.
The Annual General Meeting saw some changes for the upcoming 2016-17 season:
President: M Whitson
Vice President: S Richie
Treasurer: G Draffen
Secretary: S Pierce
Board members: M Heard, D Jervies, I MacDonald, J MacDonald, G Kenna, D Robertson, N Smith and J Wallace.
The AGM also saw in a new level of membership: Intermediate member.
This level is for those who don’t want to plunge straight into Pennant or Championships but want to participate a bit more than Twilight Bowls. At half the price of a full membership, it is a great introductory step into the game of bowls.

In other news, please be aware that there are works along Montgomery Way as Moyne Shire upgrade our existing car park with better drainage and kerbing. Parking may be limited during this time and members are advised to utilise car parking around the Shire Offices and the shed side of the Club. These works are expected to be completed before the Great Victorian Bike Ride hits Mortlake in November.
Season 2016-17 is about to begin. Are you ready? Let’s go!
