Yesterday saw a battle for Grand Final glory at Dennington in Tuesday Pennant.

After a challenging day on the green, the following transpired:

Mortlake Blue 70 d City Memorial Blue 62
M Whitson 16 lost to H Jensen 22
V Smith 25 drew with V Mabbitt 25
D Robertson 29 d L Fitzgerald 15

At the half time break, Mortlake Blue were up by 7 and battled to hold their lead until the ned of play. Even sending a shiver down the spine of spectators as City Memorial Blue took the lead briefly.
But Mortlake dug in and secured the victory at the end of 75 ends played.

The final hurdle is a Semi Final rematch with Lawn Tennis Green at Terang BC next Tuesday, 15th March 2016. PLay starts at 10am and space is expected to be at a premium so, get there early.
